- 1 teaspoonful, Nescafe
- 1 teaspoonful, chocolate sauce
- 1 teaspoonful of each one; creamy, chocolate
- 1 module, milk or water
- 1 cup of carbonated water
- Note: use soda on it
- مواد لازم
- نسکافه 1 قاشق مربا خوری
- سس شکلات 1 قاشق مربا خوری
- خامه و شکلات تخته¬ای از هر کدام 1 قاشق مربا خوری
- آب یا شیر 1 پیمانه
- آب معدنی(گازدار) 1 فنجان یا سودا
- نکته: روی آن سویا ولی مشروب الکلی خامه فرق نمی¬کند
